Transparent, cooperative, appreciative - this is how the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) evaluates the work of XDEV – after a multi-stage analysis process – and therefore honors us with the new seal "Fairness First".

In cooperation with the business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER and under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics, the DIND has introduced this award to highlight companies that behave in a particularly exemplary manner towards employees, suppliers and customers and act responsibly and transparently with regard to social, ecological and economic aspects. The award is intended to send out an important signal for all business relationships and help to attract positive attention in the competition for customers, business partners and employees.

After receiving the seals for "Employer of the Future" and for "Top Service", we at XDEV are really proud to have achieved the "DIND Triple" with the "Fairness First" seal. This certifies that XDEV is on the right track and encourages us to continue our commitment in all three areas.
