We are pleased about another accolade: for the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (DIND) and the business magazine DUP UNTERNEHMER, XDEV is one of the prime examples when it comes to service in Germany's small and medium-sized companies.
DIND has developed the "Top Service" seal to distinguish particularly good service and thereby make it visible. The patron of the initiative is Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics.
The rating certifies that XDEV is particularly competent and service-oriented, and that customer focus and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. The audit examines criteria such as availability, speed and solution competence, but DIND also analyzes customer reviews and other indicators of high service quality.
Service quality is a key factor for us as a company in the software industry in order to score points in the competition for customers and to build stable, long-term customer relationships. We like to solve problems - preferably together with our customers. We are all the more pleased that our efforts and our own quality standards in this area are now "official" thanks to the seal.
