• you want to work on exciting customer projects using modern technologies (e.g. Java 8+, OpenSource frameworks, OpenAPI / Swagger, Bamboo, Tomcat / Wildfly, Maven, JUnit, Git, REST, MicroStream, Vaadin, AWS)
• you can relate to customers and think along with their processes. For this, you bring a high level of communication skills and business fluent German language skills
• modern software crafting methods (e.g. Clean Code, TDD, architecture principles)
• a strong "you build it, you run it" attitude
