Our job is software development. But in line with our company philosophy, we at XDEV also always get involved in charitable projects and volunteer work. Our team also includes several active firefighters and paramedics. It makes us happy when we can help and we will continue to support the public services with our know-how in dealing with the current challenges, especially also with digitalization processes.

We are all the more pleased that the ongoing commitment to our communities and the support of our active volunteers has now also been recognized by the Bavarian state government - under the patronage of the Bavarian Minister of the Interior, Sports and Integration. We can now officially call ourselves a "helper-friendly company".

What is Helfernetz Bayern?

The Bavarian Helpers' Network (Helfernetz Bayern) is made up of seven aid and emergency organizations in Bavaria that are involved in civil protection: ASB, BRK, DLRG, Johanniter, Malteser, MHW and THW. The helper net wants to recruit not only for honorary activities and advance the acceptance and appreciation, but also acts as a point of contact for all helpers who are already active.
