Work hard, play hard!
After we often had to switch to online game nights during the Corona pandemic (which also had its charm!), we were able to hold a classic after-work session at our office again in August.
With free pizza and drinks we gathered at the XDEV campfire* for a cozy chat about everything under the sun. *As far as the fire safety regulations allow ;)
With Valve Index VR goggles, which our colleague Andreas kindly brought along, we were able to let off steam in the virtual world, while our hallway was converted into a board game station in "open space" manner. After all, despite all the digitalization, there's nothing more exciting than a little dice action. The strategy game "Las Vegas Royale" provided a lot of fun and entertainment! Many thanks to our Daniel, who provides us with his considerable private game collection and can explain the rules perfectly!
All in all, it was another casual affair and we are already looking forward to the next after-work-session - and to new colleagues who are also interested in such a relaxed working atmosphere!
