At XDEV, every employee is completely free to choose which device / OS they want to work with. We are convinced that everyone knows best with which setup he or she can work best and most productively.

Some colleagues are now going one step further and are modifying their keyboards. To do this, they use keyboards with a US layout and change the switches and keycaps so that everything is adapted to the individual needs of the user.

Among others, the mechanical keyboard K8 Wireless from Keychron and the Keychron Q0 QMK Custom Number Pad (both with Gateron switches as standard) as well as tactile switches from GAZZEW (Boba U4T) are used.
